About Us
We created the Treatery because of our love of animals and what we believe to be important to their well-being. Our goal is to provide a healthier choice of animal treats that both taste great and appeal to pets and their humans alike.
The Treatery provides a much-needed place for people to bring their pets where they can gain knowledgeable information from our friendly staff while shopping for new pet apparel and enjoying some healthy treats.
We work hard at keeping current on health and wellness by educating ourselves through nutrition courses and pet health articles so that we have the knowledge to help our customers make wise decisions when it comes to their pets needs.
Trish Pittman lives in Enfield NS with her husband and son and three Labrador Retrievers. She is the founder of the Labrador Rescue Club of Nova Scotia and animals have always been one of the focal points of her life. Combining her love of animals and her passion for baking has lead her to open the Doggy Bag Treatery and she hopes everyone will come for a visit - two legged and four-legged alike!
